A major focus of our exhibition Art, Music, Activism: Kurt Jackson, Glastonbury Festival and Greenpeace is to raise funds and awareness of the courageous work of the pioneering environmental charity Greenpeace.

With this in mind, Alongside Art, Music, Activism we are proud to be able to share Greenpeace: 50 Years of Making Waves, a carefully curated photo-history chronicling some of the most iconic moments from Greenpeace’s campaigning over the last half-century. This fascinating exhibition features one photo for each year of the charity’s existence.

We hope – once the gallery is able to safely open to the public – to be able to share this collection with you in person, and to give you the opportunity to become fully immersed in the history of this vital charity. In the meantime, join Contemporary Artist, Glastonbury Festival Artist-In-Residence and Greenpeace supporter Kurt Jackson as he gives us a tiny glimpse into Greenpeace’s 50 Years of Making Waves.

This short video is an excerpt of a more in depth film exploring the exhibition.

The entire collection images from Greenpeace: 50 Years of Making Waves as well as the full film of Kurt Jackson exploring the exhibition can be seen here.
